Fabricated, finishing and specialty deliveries of over one million pounds of AESS Category 1 fabricated steel. Our work here at NMAAHC was also the winner of three Washington, DC Building Congress Awards.

Fabricated and welded over 1500 “Hot Dipped Galvanized” trusses and delivered to our customer for custom stone cladding.
625 West 57th Street (Tetrahedron)

Assembly and Fabrication of over 1000 unique Quadra/Lateral custom steel trusses all while maintaining the needed highest degree of quality control for this challenging project.
Hudson Yards (Tower A, C,D & E)
New York, NY (2016-Current)
Metfab Metals continues to be a major provider of various projects/buildings/facades currently in 2017 at Hudson Yards grounds. We have provided Embeds, Major Mullions, AESS Stanchions, Podium Steel and Stone Cladded Trusses, among many other specialty metals.
Baltimore Washington International Airport
Washington, DC (1998)
Fabrication of full penetration welding of 29,000 structural tubes for the 200,000 sq ft atrium AESS “SpaceFrame”. Also, provided miscellaneous aluminum and stainless machined anchors, all structural members, reinforcement metal, and skylight connections. Fabrication of all “purlin” items such as, but not limited to, beam and channel with welded angles and plates to accommodate all the skylight connections at the ceiling level.
WTC Fountain
New York, NY (2010)
Fabrication and delivery of Stainless Steel Anchors for the memorial reflection pool focused at the footprint of both destroyed, but remembered, former towers.
WTC Tower #4
New York, NY (2009)
Fabrication and Finishing of 570 AESS Major Mullions, some of which were 3” x 12” x 50’-0” long. The process of creating a Major Mullion of this size included our expertthe work of vendors in sawing, mailing and painting. This was one of “Our proudest projects to date”.

Washington, DC (2005)
Fabricated and Delivery of “oversized assemblies” to support the glass atrium that spanned and joined two existing building creating a unique, enclosed courtyard.
