Metfab Metals----2021: Another Another Up Year
MERRY CHRISTMAS & A VERY HAPPY HOLIDAY SEASON
Literally, for over two millennia, wise men have recognized that “fortune favors the bold” . In an odd way, our owner, Jim Murray, recognized this instinctively---and put this idea into concrete effect---now over three decades ago. How so? He did what is often the hardest thing to do! He spent money with no guarantee that it would bring returns. He invested heavily in Metfab Metals, its technology, its equipment and its personnel. Now for a brief report on the returns this past year for you, our customers (despite all the COVID delays, risks and interruptions)!

Just look at our monthly “reports” over the last twelve difficult months. At this time LAST year, we reviewed what we reported in the 12 months of 2020--- another “great” year (despite the onset of COVID impact) for this100% American company. These monthly squibs above show that Metfab Metals, LLC is still continuing to grow---and address the real and unexpected needs of our industry in the time of this COVID plague. This, of course good for us, but it’s also better and more profitable for you, our customers, as you can always rely on our timely delivery and full compliance with even unique specs.
The recurring theme this 2021, both before and during this erratic health emergency with all the limits it put on our business must be that we will do anything reasonable and necessary to avoid further delays for our customers’ building schedule.
“Retro” Special Needs, Glass Shoes, AESS all constitute a growing segment of our 2021 business and promise to expand further in 2022. We won’t list all these expected projects, but we clearly are particularly well-suited for all this specialty work, as we have learned even more during this challenging past year how to ably work with your project managers to adjust to these new “field” conditions, as encountered. COVID has been a real teacher not only as to production, but also as to delivery and close coordination with your project managers and field representatives,
As we have said in the past, with regard to 3-D printing (a subject we are still studying) we always want to be “ahead of the wave” technologically. [While 3-D printing is not yet commonplace, we will implement this technology when your specs demand it.] As we said before, we “will not be automated out of business”----or fail to keep up in any substantial part of our industry. We have always stressed our nimble service to all our customers, in small or large jobs. Our ongoing technology updates let us do this in the ways most compatible with your needs, your projects and all job specs.
Before we close, we want to once again publicly thank all our own staff that worked so smoothly, and remotely as necessary, with our management in synch with all your project managers to get your jobs supplied and expedited as these difficult limitations dictated. In a real sense, we are only “our staff”. They have again throughout 2021 made us able to meet all your needs-----and we intend to adjust again. in 2022 to whatever the coming year presents.

both YOUR retro jobs and new construction. We can make them go smoothly from the getgo ---------and end successfully!

UPDATE: Hudson Yards, NYC, NY-----For more than six (6) years, we commented on all we have done for various customers at this mammoth West Side development. This project has given us challenges repeatedly now! Metfab Metals is proud to have made so many essential AESS parts & assemblies, miscellaneous specialty metals, even Glass Shoes on an ongoing basis. We have worked here, almost daily since 2015 and apparently will do so well into 2022, 2023 and likely beyond.
Metfab Metals is your single best fabrication answer, not only for quality custom and production Heavy-Gauge AND Light-Gauge metal parts, but also when your job requires AESS in all its MANY forms, finishes and applications!
